Display Taiwan 2010にてディスプレイ・太陽電池用ターゲットを展示しました : ニュース : 豊島製作所マテリアルズシステム事業部

去る６月９日〜１１日に台湾で開催されたDisplay Taiwan 2010で、当社台湾代理店のPanel Trading Co.,Ltd.様のブースにて、IGZO(InGaZnO₄)やNbOx(導電性Nb₂O₅)などのディスプレイ材料と、CuGa-NaF、CuAlO₂などの太陽電池材料を展示しました。

展示ターゲットの中で、特に人気を博したのがNb₂Ox(導電性Nb₂O₅)でした。
タッチパネルのAR膜用材料として、今非常にホットな材料です。
反響の大きさに、昨今のタッチパネル業界の勢いに驚くと共に、今後の更なる発展を期待せずにはいられません。

FPD targets such as IGZO(InGaZnO₄), NbOx(electrical conductive Nb₂O₅) and solar cell targets such as CuGa-NaF, CuAlO₂ are exhibited in Display Taiwan 2010 by Panel Trading Co., Ltd, our agent in Taiwan. Our Nb₂Ox(electrical conductive Nb₂O₅) target had good reputation in the exhibition. It is hot material of AR(anti-reflection) film on touch panels. Not only we are surprised at impact from touch panel industry but also we expect the development of it.
