Toshima Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has two divisions: the Components Division and the Materials Systems Division. This website introduces the Components Division.
We are a comprehensive press manufacturer that can propose optimal solutions by utilizing the concepts of both plastic processing techniques: cold forging ("crushing and pressing") and forging press ("punching, bending and squeezing").
Powder Coating Service
Powder coatings are used for a variety of purposes, including as catalysts, cosmetic ingredients, decorative materials, and ceramic ingredients.
In particular, in recent years, it has been attracting attention as a technology for manufacturing lithium-ion battery materials.
Toshima Manufacturing has begun trial production of powder coating (sputtering and surface modification) through joint research with Toyama University.
